Composition:
Linum usitatissimum L.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.
-Infusion: put 1 teaspoon of seeds per cup. Add boiling water, let sit for 5-10 minutes and filter.
-Decoction: put 1 teaspoon of seeds in boiling water, cook for 2-5 minutes and let it rest for 5-10 minutes and filter.
-Another option is to put 1 tablespoon of seeds in a glass of water and leave it overnight. Take in the morning on an empty stomach.
