DIRECTIONS.
Protect Neositrin applied uniformly, dry or wet to detangle hair.
* On wet hair: towel dry, spray the product and styling.
* On dry hair: spray the product and styling. Needless to say, let the hair dry naturally (using dryer if you prefer).
