Abstract Linden is central sedative, antispasmodic nervous system and promotes sleep onset. Its anxiolytic action has been demonstrated in animals. It can be given along with classic sleeping pill, which will reduce the dose and then stop taking them after a sufficient period of cessation.
No contraindications and is used in pregnant women, children and elderly.


INGREDIENTS
Linden BIO: hydroalcoholic extract glycerine yolks * linden (Tilia tomentosa Moench, gemmae). Alcohol: 30% vol.

DIRECTIONS
Take pure or drops in a glass of water.
Adults: 15 drops in the evening.
Children <3 years of 1-3 drops per day.
Children 3 -15: 1 drop per year of age and day.
Pregnant: 5 drops daily.
