The Po -Ho Oil is a combination of essential oils of peppermint , eucalyptus , juniper , caraway and fennel.

It is used to make friction.
Its use is manifold , but it is especially geared for chest rubs , scrubs if muscle pain and for use by inhalation to relieve the symptoms of colds , flu , stuffy and runny nose , cough and hoarseness .

Caraway Essential Oil 36 mg
Fennel Essential Oil 18 mg

DIRECTIONS .
External use: rubbing .

* In case of nasal congestion few drops at the base of the nose can also be inhaled , putting a drop or more in hot water.
* In headaches, gently massaging his temples.
* In catarrh, gargles prepared using 5 to 10 drops in a glass of water.
* Muscle tension : apply directly to the affected area and massage ,
