ThermaCare is a therapeutic thermal patch designed to provide relief from muscle and joint pain associated with:

HOW TO USE.

1.No open the protective bag if it will not apply ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® can take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature.

2. Place the patch over the area to deal with the darker side of the heat cells into the skin and adjust the patch in front.

3.Si is 55 or older, use ThermaCare® on a layer of clothes and do not use directly on skin.

4. For greater efficiency, it is recommended to put ThermaCare® for 8 hours.
