Yeast extract. Mix dried extracts (17.4% ) : spinach, nettle rhizome grass, fennel, centaury . Ferrous gluconate , rosehip dry extract (4% ), vitamin C , nicotinamide , vitamins B1 , B2 , B6 and B12 , folic acid.

TAKING .
Adults and youth ages 12 and over : take 1 tablet two to three times daily with liquid half hour before meals .
